The Sunday Service is a confidential business mentoring service designed to help professionals at C-Suite level navigate business challenges, and help them develop solutions to complex problems, particularly in crisis management situations. Being at the front of critical decision-making when times are challenging can be a lonely and anxious place. And having responsibility for keeping staff employed during financial instability, particularly when we know them as individuals with families and mortgages, can lead to stress and poor mental health. The Sunday Service offers a unique, and practical pathway to allow you to come out the other side of a challenge, with better outcomes, improved management skills, and most importantly, with learning.

Delivered outside of the workplace, you’ll be encouraged to talk through challenges, and develop solutions, whilst getting outdoors. Our business mentoring service allows you to talk through challenges in a safe, confidential, and no-judgement space. Your mentor will help you analyse your business environment and key stakeholders, assess key factors impacting upon your ability to move forward, and objectively address any challenges by helping co-design solutions that are practical in a real business environment.
